Weeley Manor offers a range of services to our tenants to live independently for as long as they require.
About Weeley Manor
Weeley Manor is an independent living accommodation complex with 24 private flats.
Flats are offered on an Assured Shorthold Rental Agreement (long term rentals can be considered).
The rent includes:
•Utility bills – water, sewerage, electricity and heating (reasonable use)
•Building insurance
•General maintenance (communal and external)
Please note that council tax is not included in the rent amount.
Flats are let unfurnished.
You may discuss your requirements accordingly.
This eliminates all the hustles and bustles of purchasing a leased flat, the legalities and the bills that go with it.
Location
Weeley Manor is located in Weeley, a village community which is some 7 miles inland from the coastal holiday resort of Clacton On Sea, 9 miles from Walton on the Naze and 8 miles from Colchester.
Weeley Manor is situated at 19&23 The Street, Weeley, Essex and occupies a central location with all local amenities i.e. the village post office, general store/newsagent, bakery, pubs, café, church and the Weeley train station.
Weeley is also served with Public Transport, with the bus stops being only a few metres from the accommodation complex.

In this website we aim to illustrate the benefits of the comprehensive facilities we have to offer. Weeley Manor offers an affordable and comfortable environment for people who are currently working and for those who have always valued and enjoyed their independence.
Please note, Weeley Manor does not provide care and are not responsible for any care requirements.
Weeley Manor operates a no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) across the whole of its premises. Smoking shelters are provided outside in the garden for those who smoke.

Facilities and Services Include:
•24 affordable flats with private en-suite available to rent on short term and long term basis.
•All applications for tenants are assessed and checked to allow for suitability.
•Communal lounges, library, kitchens, laundry and gardens.
•Fire safety and alarm system throughout the whole building, included in each flat.
•CCTV surveillance to external and communal areas.
•Intercom/door entry system.
•Complimentary Wi-Fi in communal areas (subject to availability).
•Building insurance including Public Liability insurance.
•Water, sewerage, electricity, heating (reasonable use).
•Maintenance of all communal areas, gardens, buildings.
•16 parking spaces available (on road parking also available).
•Statutory requirements/checks for such as Fire Safety, Legionella, Electrical Installations, Gas Safety, Heating and Lift are all under taken as part of our Statutory and Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes.
The rental prices of the flats are based on their individual size, location within the complex.
All flats are let unfurnished so that tenants can bring their own personal furniture and continue to enjoy their own personal possessions.

What are included in your monthly tenancy cost:

- Complimentary Wi-Fi in communal areas (subject to availability)
- Service charges – including: Cleaning and maintenance of communal space such as lounges, laundry, kitchen, external windows/doors, corridors, gardens and car parks.
- Maintenance of CCTV.
- Regulatory maintenance/checks (i.e.) Fire Safety alarm tests and checks, electrical PAT testing (communal areas), electrical installation 5 year checks, gas safety checks, water checks for legionella, HMO license requirements.
